As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care.
* Regularly reviewing residents' needs and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
* Supporting the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home.
* Overseeing clinical competencies such as PEG feeds, tracheostomy, and wound care.
* Inducting new team members and supervising existing staff.
* Completing care audits and liaising with family members and care professionals.
* Monitoring and reporting risks and safeguarding concerns.
* Contributing to clinical policies and procedures.
