A leading UK law firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Development Lawyer to join its Corporate Tax & Incentives team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the knowledge and development framework of a top-tier legal practice.
The Role
You will support a dynamic and growing team across a broad range of tax areas including corporate, real estate, and employment tax. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating the team’s knowledge bank, styles, and training materials.Drafting and implementing new tax clauses and automated styles.Monitoring legislative and market developments and translating them into practical guidance.Supporting internal training and client-facing seminars.Collaborating on business development initiatives and technical briefings.Contributing to firm-wide knowledge management and innovation projects.About You
You are a qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE and a strong background in tax law. You bring:
Excellent technical and drafting skills.Strong project management and organisational abilities.A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships.A passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Experience with corporate/real estate/employment tax documentation.Why Join?
