We are looking for a values-driven, proactive leader to open and manage a brand-new service in Wigan, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
* Take the lead on the registration, setup, and launch of the new service
* Recruit, develop, and lead a new staff team
* Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to internal quality standards
* Create a culture of positive behaviour support, inclusion, and dignity
* Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and health professionals
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, staffing, and service development
Registered Manager Requirements
* Management experience within the Health and Social Care
* Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this
* Able to demonstrate knowledge of the current CQC care standards in order to help ensure our service is Safe, Caring, Effective, Responsive and Well-led
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager in learning disability or autism services
* Experience opening a new service (or managing service transitions/growth) is highly desirable
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in person-centred care
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed
