Are you an outgoing Manager with experience in restaurants, quick service, or coffee shops?
Tim Hortons is a part of the fabric of Canada, with over 5,000 quick service restaurants worldwide, serving over 2 billion cups of freshly brewed coffee. We are expanding in the UK, with plans to open hundreds of restaurants over the next 10 years.

Key Responsibilities
As a Tim Hortons Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Customer Service
* Leading by example, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
* Focusing on customer experience in all operations.
* Staff scheduling to meet customer demand.
* Supporting the team to maintain operational efficiency.
* Conducting store walks from the customer's perspective.
People Management
* Encouraging staff suggestions and concerns.
* Recruiting, onboarding, and training team members.
* Providing performance feedback, setting goals, and supporting development.
* Managing absences and payroll.
* Identifying high performers and potential employees.
* Fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
* Handling performance issues in collaboration with HR.
Driving Sales
* Understanding sales trends and adjusting accordingly.
* Ensuring proper product merchandising and campaign execution.
* Training staff in upselling and suggestive selling.
* Preparing weekly cost control reports.
* Identifying areas for improvement and motivating staff through incentives.
Operations
* Monitoring KPIs such as sales, staff turnover, and safety standards.
* Maintaining composure under pressure.
* Managing stock orders and quality checks.
* Scheduling preventative maintenance for equipment.
* Ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
* Adhering to opening and closing procedures.
* Implementing health and safety protocols and reporting incidents.
* Working flexible shifts as part of the management team.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience managing restaurants.
* Flexible and disciplined work approach.
* Experience in food service is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
* Experience handling customer complaints.
* Adherence to health and safety procedures.
