Description
As a EL/PL/Clin Neg NQ-3 Solicitor your duties will include:
* Manage a caseload of EL/PL/Clinical Negligence claims, ensuring timely and accurate progression.
* You will also have the opportunity to get involved in other matters including bullying; assault and discrimination claims as well as human rights matters.
* Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound advice to clients.
* Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision.
* Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients when required.
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
* Contribute to team objectives and support colleagues as needed.
Profile
A successful EL/PL/Clin Neg NQ-3 Solicitor should have:
* A qualified solicitor status with a focus on EL/PL or Clinical Negligence cases.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess case merits effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and court representation.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
