Job description:
We are looking for a reliable Stores Person & Driver for our production unit based in Barrow Upon Soar.
Duties will include:
* Managing stores and maintaining stock accuracy, supporting production teams ensuring materials are available on time.
* Record Goods in/out, ensuring quality and quantity are correct and logged, quarterly stock count and maintaining adequate stock levels.
* Prepare Goods out for deliveries.
* Make deliveries as and when required using the company vehicle.
* Adherence to food hygiene and health & safety legislation is very important to us as well as keeping working areas clean and tidy.
* This role would suit someone who is physically fit and able to move stock easily.
* Other key skills are good communication skills and being able to work as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence is essential, due to company insurance policies this vacancy is only open to over 21s.
A valid fork lift licence is essential.
Cover on Saturdays may be needed for additional deliveries.
