Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Construction and Trades & Labour sectors

Salary: Up to £40k – Dependant on experience + Comms

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and candidates, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role:
As a Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for winning new business to managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles. You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs and ensure we are providing the best candidates for their roles.
Responsibilities:
• Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with the best service.
• Negotiating rates and contracts with clients and candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Screening candidates in order to send the right candidate for your client’s requirements.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role within any Construction, Industrial or similar experience.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competitive salary with a market leading uncapped commission structure.
• Mapped out progression to Senior Management + Profit shares
• Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
• Company pension scheme.
• Monthly & Annual bonuses up to £20k on top of commission
We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our busy London team. Successful candidates will have experience in the sector with confidence in your ability to win new business. This role is a sales role, clear communication is essential with expectation of high volume cold calling.
