As part of our growth we are looking for a Manager, Compensation and Reward in Remote UK, where you will be part of a global best in class HR team fighting fraud and piracy! The Senior HR Specialist supports and executes a variety of HR functions depending on assignment, with a focus on compensation & benefits globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides HR support and advice on policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Supports internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
* Supports HR projects and initiatives for organizational improvement.
* Prepares HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
* Continuously learns the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
Compensation
* Supports and administers compensation programs and policies.
* Conducts salary benchmarking and market analysis, including survey participation.
* Conducts job evaluations and develops and maintains job descriptions.
* Supports the annual salary review process, including merit increases and bonuses.
* Maintains and updates compensation structures, including Job Family Frameworks and Salary Grades.
* Conduct internal audits to assess pay equity within the organization, identifying and recommending actions to address any disparities.
* Provides guidance on compensation-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, education or a related degree or equivalent HR work experience.
Experience
* 5+ years’ experience as an HR Specialist or related position.
