As our clients Clinical Deputy, you will work closely with the Home Manager, nurses, and carers to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance across the home. You will combine hands‑on clinical delivery with leadership duties, helping to maintain a safe, person‑centred care environment. You'll also support staff development, oversee clinical compliance, and contribute to operational management. This is a senior role for an experienced, capable nurse ready to lead with confidence and care.
