Artemis are looking for a passionate Kitchen Assistant based at The Pear Tree, the successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, fine dining, together with a strong background in food led establishments.
Requirements
* Own transport is essential due to the remote location
* Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
* Some commercial kitchen experience
Responsibilities
* Report to the Chef / Manager on duty
* Operating automated dishwasher
* Hand wash and sanitising large kitchen prep items
* Cleaning of kitchen equipment & surfaces
* Some food preparation
* H&S - training will be given
* Food Hygiene – training will be given
