Providing exceptional customer service to trade and retail clients, ensuring customer satisfaction as a Parts Advisor
Managing parts stock, inventory, and ordering to ensure availability for commercial vehicles
Assisting technicians and the service team with parts enquiries specific to commercial vehicles
Processing parts orders efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner
Maintaining high standards in stock control, departmental organisation, and administrationRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a commercial or automotive environment
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, especially for commercial vehicles
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills and professional manner
Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple priorities
