We are seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to play a key role on a large-scale, high-profile hotel project. You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, installation, and delivery of building services, ensuring quality, compliance, and programme targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate all building services (MEP) activities on site
2. Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is delivered to programme and quality standards
3. Work closely with project managers, design teams, and commercial teams
4. Ensure compliance with all health & safety and building regulations
5. Review technical drawings and specifications
6. Drive programme and resolve any technical or coordination issues
Requirements
7. Proven experience as a Building Services Manager on large construction projects
8. Strong understanding of MEP systems, with at least some mechanical bias
9. Experience working on hotel, commercial, or large-scale developments preferred
10. Excellent coordination and communication skills
11. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors
12. Relevant qualifications in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
