Job Title: Nursery Manager
Salary: Up to £48,471 per annum

A well-established and professional early years setting is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a high-quality childcare provision. This role offers the opportunity to influence the lives of young children while managing a supportive and committed team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise daily nursery operations in accordance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
* Lead and develop a team of early years professionals to deliver outstanding care and education.
* Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times.
* Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
* Monitor children's development and oversee planning and assessments in line with the EYFS.
* Manage budgets, invoicing, occupancy levels, and resource planning.
* Maintain readiness for inspections and ensure action plans are followed through.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or higher desirable).
* Proven experience in a management or senior leadership role within an early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health and safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* A caring, professional, and inclusive approach to childcare and team management.
