Responsibilities Manage recruitment administration, including job postings and interview scheduling. Support the development of consistently outstanding quality in HR procedures. Work alongside the Business Manager to maintain high academic and professional expectations. Use a proactive approach to ensure all staff files and contracts are up to date. Participate in a strong culture of collaborative planning within the school office. Qualifications and Experience Experience in high-level administration or human resources. High standards of professional presentation and punctuality. Strong communication skills and a professional manner. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: £31,000 – £35,000 ( negotiable for the right candidate ). Full-time, permanent position with supportive leadership.
