Description Participants will contribute to real business projects while developing technical, safety, and operational knowledge in a live energy environment. Programme Structure Onshore induction and training Offshore rotation (1 hitch, approximately 3 weeks) Onshore project assignment Final presentation and assessment Key Responsibilities Support operational teams onshore and offshore on assigned projects Participate in safety and operational activities offshore under supervision Conduct analysis and contribute to improvement initiatives onshore Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders Candidate Requirements Essential: Currently studying an Engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related) Minimum completion of 2nd year of study Not yet graduated (final-year students eligible)
