Role Overview This pivotal role will involve: - Leading the overall delivery, design, and data requirements of our guest journeys/triggers communications. - Briefing and developing lifecycle Email and Direct Mail programmes, collaborating with CRM and data agencies. - Evaluating guest journeys performance against defined KPIs, implementing measures to optimize and enhance performance. - Managing stakeholder relationships and working with CRM agency on new initiatives and creative concepts. This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 6 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
