Hybrid + Swanley office/ national site travel (average of 3dpw)
37.5/week | Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote)
A unique opportunity to join a respected industry body in a specialist Employee Relations role. Ideal for someone with a solid HR/ER foundation and a keen interest in employment law and industrial relations to make significant impact within their role whilst receiving excellent mentorship from the Senior HR professional within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Provide practical, impartial advice on ER/IR issues received from employees and line managers/employers
 2. Support dispute resolution and maintain handbook content
 3. Coordinate regional boards and forums and training events
 4. Research and simplify complex legal topics for guidance materials
What You’ll Bring:
 5. Study in a relevant field to the role such as Law or HR, CIPD qualified, or working towards
 6. HR/ER experience
 7. Strong organisational and communication skills
 8. Interest in progressing in Industrial Relations
 9. Commutable to Swanley 2-3 days a week and happy with light national travel
