We’re now looking for a passionate and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the launch and lead the front-of-house team throughout the season. Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the pop-up Leading the front-of-house team during busy summer service Ensuring smooth, efficient service and exceptional guest experience Training, coaching, and motivating team members Managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges confidently Supporting rota planning, labour control, and daily operations Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cost management Helping deliver a successful and high-energy seasonal concept What Do You Need? Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or strong Team Leader in a quality-led restaurant Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Passion for hospitality, people, and guest experience A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership Aside from a competitive OTE hourly rate of £16.90, we pride ourselves in offering: A supportive, people-focussed culture.
