Office Administrator – Work Closely with the Managing Director Due to expansion we are looking for a highly organised and adaptable Office Administrator to join our busy, fast-paced office. This is a varied and exciting role where you will work mainly alongside our Managing Director, supporting them in day-to-day tasks, while also providing general office support when needed. We have an office based in Charing Kent but also one in Biggin Hill. Hours: Flexible – starting at 24 hours per week, with the potential to increase due to business demand. Salary: Dependent on experience. What you’ll be doing • Providing direct administrative support to the Managing Director. • Managing calls and emails in a professional, efficient, and compassionate manner. • Organising meetings, appointments, and schedules. • Assisting with general office administration as needed within the team • Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. What we’re looking for: • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • A flexible, can-do attitude – happy to take on a variety of tasks. • The ability to prioritise, multitask, and work independently. • A professional and friendly manner when interacting with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
