Primary Supply Teacher – Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire

About the Role
This is a flexible supply teaching opportunity across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
You can choose:
1. ✅ Day-to-day supply (full flexibility)
2. ✅ Short-term bookings (pre-booked weeks)
3. ✅ Long-term roles (with planning responsibilities)
4. ✅ Temp-to-perm opportunities
We work with schools that need reliable teachers every day, so there is consistent work available for the right candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the role, you may:
5. Deliver pre-set lessons or plan and teach your own
6. Manage classroom behaviour effectively
7. Adapt quickly to different school environments
8. Support pupils’ academic and personal development
About the Schools
We partner with a wide network of primary schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts across the area.
Schools are looking for:
9. Reliable, professional teachers
10. Strong classroom presence
11. Flexibility and a positive attitude
Many schools use supply as a trial for permanent hires, so this can be a strong route into long-term roles.
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
12. Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
13. Have experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
14. Be adaptable and confident in different classroom settings
15. Have (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
16. Provide recent, referenceable teaching experience
