Qualifications / Skills;
* Level 7 Degree in Building Services Engineering, Construction, Architecture or equivalent.
* Current registration as a Residential BER Assessor.
* Experience of conducting Residential Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments.
* Experience of BER calculations.
* Working knowledge of the IES VE software.
* Working knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations Part L.
* Experience in construction with knowledge of materials and building services.
* Ability to take on site measurements and calculate volume and surface areas.
* Be competent with AutoCAD.
* Good communication skills.
* Customer focused.
* Full driving licence.
