Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a permanent Stockroom Picking Assistant to work in a specialist manufacturing company within the Bexley area.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Pick products against store picking list / works orders.
* Preparing kits for issue to the factory.
* Update stock room bin locations as required.
* Collate drivers in preparation for packing.
* Inspect quality and advise of any defects.
* Pack in suitable bags/boxes.
* Print and label as per sales order details.
* Reduce and keep to a minimum product and component overspill.
* Identification of damaged or faulty goods.
* Ensure the stockroom area is kept clean and tidy daily.
* Perform other general warehouse duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Demonstrate recent experience within a similar role.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
The hours of work are 7.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 7.00am to 11:15am on Fridays.
