Job Description

3. working as an Employee Relations Specialist providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
4. Manage workplace investigations and resolve complex employee issues effectively and confidentially.
5. Support managers in implementing consistent and fair performance management processes.
6. Collaborate with HR teams to develop and improve employee relations strategies and initiatives.
7. Maintain accurate records of all employee relations cases and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
8. Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and organisational standards.
9. Proactively identify trends and recommend strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
10. Deliver training sessions for managers on employee relations topics to enhance their capability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employee Relations Specialist should have:

11. Relevant qualifications in human resources or a related field.
12. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
13. Proven experience in managing employee relations issues.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility.
