The Role In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons across a broad curriculum for pupils aged 5 to 11. Learners may present with a range of needs including ADHD, ADD, ASD, Conduct Disorder, MLD, OCD, ODD, SEMH, Speech and Language Difficulties and other behavioural or learning needs. You will design inspiring learning experiences that encourage pupils to explore beyond the classroom, build cultural awareness and develop essential life skills. You will lead a class while fostering a calm, positive and purposeful learning environment while delivering a curriculum tailored to their individual needs.
