You will be working within the commercial team will provide the opportunity to learn how we manage relationships with our customers, develop new business and secure major new projects. The placement will give vital exposure to port operations, property, finance, communications, and project management to develop vital skills and knowledge to progress a career in the ports sector.
Who do we need?
We’re looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above and a real interest in developing a career within commercial management. You’ll also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although you’ll primarily be based in one region, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations. After submitting your CV, successful applicants will be invited to complete online competency tests, followed by a telephone interview and then, finally, an assessment centre.
