Job Description
As an interim real estate solicitor you will be advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including, Landlord and Tenant, leases and portfolio management for one the law firms clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful the real estate candidate should have/be:
3. An England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong knowledge of legal requirements and procedures in real estate.
6. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
