Cardiac Catheter Lab Nurse – Permanent, Full-time, Manchester
Responsibilities
* Assist the Cardiology Services Manager in the day-to-day running of the Cath Lab
* Scrub for PCI, devices and EP cases
* Carry out clinical Cath Lab duties
* Act as a specialist cardiology resource for the multidisciplinary team within Spire Healthcare
Qualifications
* Degree (BSc Hons) or equivalent (minimum qualification)
* Post‑Graduate Diploma in specialist Cardiology providing specialist skill and knowledge
* Postgraduate experience in a relevant specialism
* Experience in scrubbing for PCI, devices and EP
* Experience applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied cases
* Competence across a range of Cardiology / Cath Lab skills supported by highly skilled professional and specialist knowledge
