Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Redditch (Hybrid – 3 days office / flexible home working)
Salary: DOE
Full-time | Permanent
The Opportunity
A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Redditch is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to handle a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, with genuine career progression and flexibility through hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
* Act on behalf of landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in:
* Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
* Drafting and negotiating leases, assignments, and renewals
* Development site purchases and plot sales
* Secured lending and refinancing transactions
* Option agreements and overage arrangements
* Conduct due diligence, review titles, and draft relevant property documents.
* Maintain excellent client care and develop long-term relationships with clients and referrers.
* Collaborate closely with partners and support junior team members.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.
* Confident managing files independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
* Proactive, organised, and commercially minded.
* Able to work effectively within a supportive team environment and hybrid setup.
