£225-300 p/d (Outside IR35)
6 Month initial contract
2 days p/w onsite in Bournemouth
Our client is looking for a documentation controller to come in and organise their splintered reposits and establish proper taxonomy/accessibility. They have recently inherited a large program, and the documentation is sporadic and splintered.
Key skills:
Good organisation skill and ability to centralise documentation and implement governance
Ensure project teams are correctly doing their documentation.
Technical SharePoint skills to restructure information without breaking links across share points.
Sorting their documentation as currently it is inaccessible and very hard to understand.
You will be embedding governance, changing behaviours and holding people to account to ensure that documentation is conducted effectively going forward
