We are looking for an E-commerce and Customer Service Assistant on a full time basis to join our busy team in our Hatton Garden Office.
To fulfill the criteria for this role, you will be an individual who ideally has E-commerce experience but also has an absolute passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role would also suit someone with a knowledge of jewellery or a keen interest and desire to learn about our vast ranges of jewellery.
Key attributes
1. E-commerce / customer service experience.
2. Knowledge or passion to learn about fine jewellery.
3. A team player with outstanding organisational skills.
4. You are able to work independently using your own initiative and have a drive for problem solving.
5. You will be clearly spoken with excellent telephone manner, and a warm and friendly demeanor delivering seamless customer experience.
6. Excellent communication skills on the phone, via email and other media related platforms.
7. Trustworthy, reliable and responsible.
8. Computer literate, but full training will be given on our bespoke in-house systems.
9. A dedicated individual with the ultimate desire to see the business grow and succeed.
10. Flexible and accommodating work ethic with a hands-on approach.

Your core duties will be
12. You will serve as an ambassador for the company delivering the ultimate customer service for our online customers.
13. You will be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries which the company receives via email, telephone or other means.
14. You will process and package the orders received, assisting with quality control to ensure every element is correct before dispatch.
15. You will receive any returned items and verify these for quality control before crediting a customer.
16. You will assist customers with any special enquiries, liaising with the relevant production teams and taking responsibility for agreed timelines.
