Day-to-day responsibilities
* Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching to grow sales and meet targets.
* Mucking in: Unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and preparing orders.
* Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude and coaching the team to do the same.
* Building relationships: Ensuring customers leave satisfied with everything they need for their projects.
* Creating a fun working environment: Maintaining product availability and high standards while fostering a welcoming branch environment.
