The Role:
We seek an experienced individual as a Business Director, reporting to the Managing Partner on Sprite. This role focuses on 360 campaign development for Sprite, connecting with target audiences through brand experience advertising to build long-term relationships and increase weekly drinking frequency.

You will work within the WPP Open X model, collaborating with other WPP companies such as Essence MediaCom and VMLY&R Commerce.
The environment is fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative, and friendly. The ideal candidate has global brand experience, is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects across disciplines, including advertising, social, and digital channels. Experience in both advertising and experience design is preferred, along with the ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
* Act as the primary contact for clients, managing communication, and ensuring project delivery within budget and timeline.
* Lead integrated marketing campaigns across channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Provide thought leadership and innovative ideas to meet client objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing as needed.
* Foster a positive team environment, mentoring junior members.
* Stay informed of industry trends and share knowledge.
* Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and touchpoints.
Requirements:
* 8-10+ years in account management, marketing, or related fields, with 3-5+ years in leadership.
* Strong strategic, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management capabilities.
* Knowledge of industry trends and innovation opportunities.
* Experience with global brands and multi-national campaigns.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.
* Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
