As Business Development Consultant for Denplan, you’ll manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of dentists. You'll focus on retaining and expanding the portfolio of valued Denplan clients across our North Wales region (including Chester, Crewe, Northwich, Shrewsbury, and Telford), with an emphasis on profitable net growth and achieving business targets.
We are seeking a proactive, growth-oriented individual to work with dental practices across the region, building high-value relationships and delivering results in retention, growth, cross-selling, and new business to meet net growth objectives.
This is a field-based sales role requiring travel throughout the region to visit practices and work face-to-face with clients. It also involves remote and home-based working as needed.
Key responsibilities
* Develop high-value B2B relationships to achieve retention, growth, cross-selling, and new business results aligned with your objectives.
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
* Manage each client according to segment-specific standards.
* Plan multi-year sales objectives with clients, considering corporate client plans where applicable.
* Prioritize your workload to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across your client portfolio.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities.
