They do exceptional work, for forward-thinking clients. They are looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their growing finance team in their Exeter office.
Responsibilities
* Attending to all types of electronic payments which include Telegraphic Transfers (CHAPS), BACS, Faster Payments and International payments
* Inputting receipts from client account, including receipts for payments of our invoices
* Downloading bank information for importing of Client monies
* Dealing with general queries sent to the finance team
* Assistance with monthly invoicing cycles
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in an administrative role and working in an office environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; effective communicator at all levels (written and verbal).
* Competent with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) and using data management systems.
* Good level of basic education including Grade C or above in Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent).
