HR Business Partner (hybrid) – Birmingham / Solihull
£45,000 Per Annum • 12 - 14 Months FTC
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global engineering company based in Birmingham. The UK office provides local design and service support to customers, contributing to innovation and operational excellence.
This position is a 14 month fixed-term opportunity to support HR operations across multiple UK sites.
Responsibilities
* Manage HR and payroll documentation with accuracy and efficiency
* Lead recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding and early engagement for new hires
* Advise managers on HR policies and employment law
* Employee Relations - Support investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
* Respond to HR-related queries from managers and employees
* Maintain documentation in line with ISO/ASO standards
* Support absence and performance management
Qualifications
* CIPD Qualification, Level 5 desirable with experience in a similar role
* UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
* Experience within Manufacturing / Engineering (ideal, not essential)
* Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
