About the business
We are seeking a Business Owner at The Five Horseshoes in Maidensgrove, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 6EX. A destination food-led pub, with a 47-cover partly conservatory restaurant, offering amazing views over the surrounding Chilterns. Good sized character bar area ( 30+ covers) with open fires. Two large well maintained beer gardens, one of which is suitable for private functions and marquees, both with great views. Very large car park for 70+ cars.
The Five Horseshoes occupies and enviable position with breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside. Due to its position, it attracts destination dining trade as well as walkers and ramblers. The pub has been a landmark site for many years offering characterful trading areas with a beautiful open fire.

* To let under tenancy
* Guide rent- £32,500 per annum payable weekly in advance by direct debit. (Retail Price Indexation applies to rents.)
* Minimum capital required £19,652
* Fixtures & fittings are circa £13,990 +VAT
* Five year tenancy agreements with an additional service charge that covers property insurance, servicing of heating and cellar cooling equipment etc. There is a full wet tie unless agreed otherwise.
