Working within a well-established site project engineering team. The role requires the fabrication of stainless steel for site maintenance and development projects and may involve travel to other UK sites.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious fabricator to join a self-motivated team.
To be considered for this role you’ll need to be time served ideally from within the Food, or Beverage manufacturing industry, flexible and able to work as part of a team and display a 'can do’ attitude.
You will require at least five years’ experience in the following areas:
1. Mechanical skills / experienced stainless steel TIG welder
2. Purge welding and sheet metal fabrication
3. Auto CAD design drawings and plans
4. Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles
5. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is essential
6. Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment would be an advantage
