Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Working Hours: Weekend Day Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour , depending on experience Weekly Pay Weekend General Operatives Required We are currently recruiting Weekend General Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a production or manufacturing background who are looking to secure weekend work and earn additional income. The successful candidates will join a supportive team and have the opportunity to progress into a permanent position. If you have experience working in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Supporting daily production operations. Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of products. Loading and unloading materials as required. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area. Following production schedules and meeting daily targets. Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times. Working effectively as part of a team in a busy production environment. Requirements Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment. Good attention to detail. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
