As a Talent Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leadership, shaping and executing people strategies that drive organisational excellence. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning workforce capability with business goals, ensuring the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of exceptional talent.
Working as part of a high-performing HR team, you’ll design and deliver forward-thinking talent solutions that strengthen the organisation’s culture, build leadership capability, and enable continued success in a dynamic and competitive global market.
Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
* Design and deliver talent and workforce strategies aligned with business growth and performance goals.
* Lead strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, including executive, senior-level, and early careers recruitment.
* Oversee performance management processes and cycles, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Collaborate with Learning & Development to connect performance outcomes with development plans.
* Drive succession planning and maintain standardised job profiles for clarity and consistency.
* Manage onboarding and partner with managers to translate talent reviews into actionable career development.
Key skills required:
* Background in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or a related field within a scaling or complex organisation.
* Proven experience in succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning.
* Exposure to executive recruitment or leadership hiring.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and present actionable insights.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive continuous improvement in talent practices.
