We’re looking for a Junior Buyer to support the development and in-season trading of our trend-led lifestyle product ranges. It’s about great product, a strong eye for trends, and turning inspiration into ranges that sell. There’s a real opportunity to progress to a Buyer role in the future.
About You
1. Product- and trend-focused, with experience in Home, Interiors or Lifestyle products.
2. Highly commercially aware, with a strong focus on margins, pricing, and performance within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial eCommerce business.
3. Ready to step up to Junior Buyer level, taking on greater ownership and responsibility.
4. Organised, confident, working at pace, and comfortable managing high SKU volumes.
5. Data-aware, using insight to support decisions while trusting your product eye
6. A proactive team player who communicates effectively across the wider business, from operations to marketing to sales.
The Role
Own the development of trend-led, commercially strong product ranges.
Own in-season trading across your categories, analysing performance and identifying commercial opportunities.
Take ownership of products from development through to launch.
Build strong supplier relationships and drive product development.
Track market and competitor trends to keep ranges relevant.
Work cross-functionally to manage the critical path for your areas, ensuring the delivery of products smoothly and on time
What You’ll Need
7. Proven experience as an Assistant or Junior Buyer.
8. A passion for trend-led Home or Lifestyle products.
9. Commercial curiosity and a desire to develop buying and trading skills.
10. Confidence working with Excel and data.
11. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
