Job Overview A private care provider is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team across various supported living and care settings. You will play a key role in delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, and improving the lives of individuals in our services.
Care and Support
Deliver care and support in line with each individual’s care or shared action plan.
Assist with domestic tasks, cooking, and service-specific needs.
Work in partnership with other professionals to develop and review care plans.
Adhere to safeguarding practices and uphold all relevant policies and procedures.
Report to the designated team member on shift and follow delegated tasks.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Uphold organisational values and policies.
Training and Development
Participate in internal and external training, including e-learning modules.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and care standards.
Accurately complete reports, financial logs, and documentation.
Experience in care or support roles (preferred but not essential).
