You will need to be ready to learn, have the lights turned on, and want more. Roll up your sleeves and repair machines from day one.
You will work with the technical team to resolve reported issues and proactively address issues before they are reported. You will also work in the engineers' workshop, repairing parts with ongoing training.
You should be efficient in using Microsoft Office applications, possess good communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively via telephone and email.
You will be responsible for fulfilling service calls once trained.
Lifting and carrying will be required.
A full, clean manual UK driving license and at least 4 years of driving experience are necessary, as you will be delivering stock to customers and staff.
Technical abilities and a logical approach are essential. You need to be able to listen, learn, achieve goals, and work at pace consistently.
The compensation package includes a basic salary plus bonus scheme incentives paid monthly based on results.
