Senior Manager, Product Analytics & Experimentation
Location: London (Hybrid)
This is a newly created leadership role designed to evolve and scale product analytics and experimentation capability rather than maintain it. The focus is on changing the operating model, improving experimentation quality, and shifting more ownership into Product and Engineering rather than relying on one to one analyst support.
You will lead a team responsible for strengthening product decision making across core customer journeys including conversion, search, pricing, promotions, and basket optimisation.
This role is about improving the quality of experiments, not just increasing the volume, ensuring teams are testing the right things.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and redesign the product analytics and experimentation operating model
* Improve experimentation quality, governance, and statistical decision-making across Product teams
* Drive self-serve analytics adoption across behavioural analytics and experimentation platforms
* Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership on high value product decisions and strategic opportunities
* Act as the senior quality control point for analytical outputs, experiment validation, and data confidence
* Coach and develop a team of Product Analysts while shaping future team growth and capability
What We’re Looking For
* Experience leading Product Analytics teams in a consumer digital, ecommerce, app, or marketplace business
* Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing, and improving product decision-making through data
* Ability to work credibly with senior Product and Engineering stakeholders and influence at leadership level
* Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to challenge weak analysis and poorly framed tests
* Hands-on data fluency with modern cloud data platforms, SQL, product analytics tools, and experimentation platforms
* Experience building scalable self-serve models rather than relying solely on embedded analyst support
Unfortunately this role can not offer sponsorship.
