Location: Maidenhead, UK What You’ll Be Doing * Lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems and machinery, from concept to production. * Create and refine detailed 3D CAD models (Creo or similar) and technical drawings. * Select materials, components, and manufacturing methods to ensure robust, reliable designs. * Build and test prototypes, driving continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with the highest safety and environmental standards. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver groundbreaking technology. * Mentor and inspire junior engineers, shaping the next generation of talent.
