Responsibilities

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is personable, collaborative and confident working with a wide range of people at all levels. You’ll be comfortable building strong relationships with local and global marketing colleagues, the field sales team, senior management, external agencies and suppliers, as well as directly with our customers — independent optical practice owners.
You’ll have at least 3 years’ marketing experience. A marketing qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a busy environment. You’ll be a team player who is happy to support colleagues where needed, while also being confident using your own initiative to develop practical solutions for both customers and internal teams.
We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner, eager to build knowledge of our products, customers and market, and keen to contribute from day one.
You should be confident using the main Microsoft Office tools, and experience with Salesforce, Mailchimp and website CMS platforms would be a definite advantage.
Finally, you’ll be happy to support the planning and delivery of customer and internal events, which may include occasional travel when required.
