With a strong client base, proven track record and ambitious growth plans already in place, the agency is now investing in a dedicated commercial lead to establish a stronger presence across one of its most important growth regions.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a high-potential territory spanning Thames Valley and London, developing relationships, creating opportunities and winning retained clients.
You'll have the backing of an experienced delivery team, established case studies, warm introductions and direct access to the founders, but the freedom to build the region as your own.

The Role
* Build and grow a pipeline of opportunities across Thames Valley and London
* Win new retained clients through networking, referrals and relationship building
* Lead pitches, proposals and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
* Develop long-term strategic client partnerships
* Represent the agency within the regional business community
About You
* Experience within a digital, creative, marketing or communications agency
* Commercially driven with a track record of winning business
* Strong networker and relationship builder
* Comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership
* Excited by the challenge of building a region rather than managing an inherited portfolio
