£28,000 - £30,000

You’ll be a key part of the technical support function, ensuring customers telecommunications services run smoothly and reliably. From diagnosing VoIP and network issues to proactively improving system performance, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping critical services operational.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing high-quality technical support across telecoms, VoIP and networking environments
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting network and voice platform issues
* Monitoring customer systems and maintaining performance standards
* Carrying out system checks, updates and preventative maintenance
* Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve recurring issues
* Keeping accurate case notes and technical documentation
* Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practice
Skills & Experience:

* Experience supporting VoIP platforms and network infrastructure
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Confidence using network diagnostics and analytics tools
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
* Ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently
