Sales Manager - Ireland
Location: Ireland
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:00 (45 hours per week)

An exciting position has become available for a Sales Manager who will assume overall responsibility for delivering a high level of profitable sales growth in the Ireland area and developing regional sales management and growth strategy.
You will manage and report on performance against KPIs of the Business Development Managers, identifying best practices, ensuring growth opportunities are maximized, and identifying areas of concern and supporting in remedial action.
Key to the role will be the identification and generation of sales leads/pipeline reports, assisting and monitoring the Business Development Managers in conducting and undertaking their customer visits as well as developing sales and account management competencies and knowledge of products and customer sectors.
