Job Description
You’ll be the first friendly voice couples hear, the steady hand guiding them through the booking process, and a key part of the team delivering exceptional wedding days.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Business Development
* Managing wedding and event enquiries from enquiry to booking
* Hosting show‑arounds, consultations and sales appointments
* Preparing quotes, proposals and contracts
* Proactively following up enquiries to maximise conversion
* Working to agreed sales targets and supporting revenue growth
* Maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts
Client Communication & Administration
* Acting as the main contact for couples and event clients
* Managing timelines, paperwork and event details with precision
* Coordinating planning meetings and confirmations
* Ensuring all information is accurately shared with operations teams
* Maintaining booking systems, CRM records and compliance documents
Marketing & Promotion
* Supporting wedding and events marketing activity
* Assisting with website content, brochures and social media
* Helping plan and deliver wedding open days and showcase events
* Building strong relationships with local suppliers
* Sharing ideas to grow and strengthen the venue’s wedding brand
Event Delivery
* Acting as lead or support coordinator for selected weddings and events
* Working closely with the events and operations team on event days
* Providing calm, professional support to couples and suppliers
* Helping ensure smooth delivery and exceptional guest experiences
