This role offers the opportunity to deliver personalised and engaging lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning needs, ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to succeed. As a SEND Primary Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to promote pupil progress and wellbeing. Use innovative strategies to engage pupils and help them overcome barriers to learning. Maintain excellent records of progress and adapt teaching methods as needed. Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times. Requirements for SEND Primary Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience working with children with a range of SEND, ideally in a primary setting. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. A creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
